I just found out about 2 hours ago that our customers have had trouble getting in touch with us via phone all day long. (Thanks to those of you who emailed us to let us know!) We have recently switched to a VOIP service which has been working beautifully until today.
Everything seems to be fine now after a good bit of time on the phone (cell phone!) with customer support. If you experience any issues, please let us know. We want you calling us often. 🙂
